Hi, I'm Leanne. My journey into the lash industry......honesty.......happened by accident, but something that has completely changed my life and I have never looked back. 

After a fulfilling career climbing the corporate ladder, life changed for me and my career after my maternity leave was finished with my third child. With my husband working offshore and no childcare options, I embraced life as a stay-at-home mum. 

While I cherished the time with my kids, I really missed the buzz of my career and the adult interactions that came with it. 

Everything changed when my lash artist suggested a one-day lash course, something I had never considered but something that filled my belly with excitement.

I jumped at the opportunity, eager to add something new to my life that could also offer flexibility. I went home the very same night and booked the course before I even told my husband (yes I am an impulsive person ha)

Starting out, I arranged appointments around my family life, setting up my beauty bed in our living room after the kids had gone to bed. This worked for me for a few years, and over this time I absolutely fell in love and became really passionate about everything lashes.

 As the kids started school, I shifted my work to a more regular schedule, working from an outhouse in our garden. This setup worked great for me, I could still collect the kids from school and again just worked my diary around childcare and my husbands shifts, ensuring I never missed special moments like school concerts, parents meetings etc.  

By 2018, after another impulsive buy and attending a Salon Owners workshop, I left feeling really excited and I was ready to expand, and only a month later I opened my first salon in Cumbernauld, my home town. This is when I my passion grew and our training school was launched. I was asked to become the first and only Lash trainer in Scotland working for the biggest Lash Brand in the UK LashBase.

Fast forward to now, we have two very succesfull Lash Bars and Training Schools with a fantastic team of 13 staff members. We've created a welcoming space where both clients and staff feel like part of the family. 

 Over the years, I've learned invaluable lessons about running a business and juggling life's various roles. I've built a business that allows me true freedom, not just in time but in creativity and personal growth. Today, I am excited to share all that I've learned with you.
